What You’ll Do
As a Web Developer at Accurat, you’ll help design and build cutting-edge digital experiences. You will:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain high-performance web applications and products.
Translate business needs into technical solutions, leading end-to-end development for digital and data-driven projects.
Write clean, efficient, and secure code while adhering to best practices in testing and documentation.
Troubleshoot and solve technical challenges, optimizing for performance, scalability, and user experience.
Partner with designers and technical stakeholders to bring creative visions to life and ensure seamless implementation.

Who You Are
You’re the ideal candidate if you:
Have 3+ years of professional web development experience, with a portfolio showcasing your skills and impact.
Are proficient in front-end technologies and modern frameworks.
Combine meticulous attention to detail with a proactive mindset, showing initiative and responsibility in your work.
Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken, and collaborate across disciplines.
Stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing adaptability and curiosity to diverse projects.
Bonus Points:
Experience or interest in data visualization or building data-driven products.
Proficiency with back-end technologies and database management.
Familiarity with coding native mobile applications—or enthusiasm to learn.

Job Details
Hybrid work with 3 days a week in our Milan office (non-fixed) and 2 days remote.
40 hours per week.
Flexible start times, with a 1-hour lunch break.
