What You’ll Do in This Role
Help us design and build amazing digital products and experiences by:
Curating end-to-end designs for digital, data intensive products and experiences—from scoping and research to user journeys, from wireframing to advanced hi-fi prototyping, continuously iterating on designs based on feedback and user needs.
Working within, and expanding, established design systems, as well as developing new ones, ensuring consistency and scalability across projects.
Ideating and facilitating user research activities.
Communicating with clients: Understand client goals and translate them into engaging and effective user experiences.
Collaborating across disciplines: Work closely with our multidisciplinary team of strategists, visual designers, data visualization designers, to bring your ideas to life.
Supporting the development process: Partner daily with our development team to ensure seamless implementation of your designs.

Who We’re Looking For
You’re the perfect candidate if you:
Have at least 2 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise.
Thrive on devising creative and effective solutions to complex design problems.
Are well-versed in ideating and leading user research activities.
Are proficient with advanced prototyping softwares and techniques, and working within complex design systems.
Combine a meticulous eye for detail with attention to overall project requirements and goals.
Show initiative and a strong sense of responsibility and autonomy in your work.
Are comfortable working across a spectrum, from digital products to interactive experiences.
Are a strong English speaker and writer, and an overall excellent communicator.
Show a proactive mindset, a never-ending learning attitude, and a solutions-oriented approach to new challenges.

Data Visualization: At Accurat we live and breathe data visualization. Interest or background in dataviz is a significant advantage.
Coding Curiosity: A basic understanding of coding or enthusiasm to learn will make you stand out.
